ABOUT THE PROJECT
Regent Cars operated multiple automobile showrooms for brands like MG, Toyota, Tata, Skoda, and Honda.
Each brand had specific branding requirements, including catalogues, brochures, and signages, which had to be delivered on time and in accordance with strict brand guidelines.CHALLENGES
Managing different vendors for different brands created significant challenges.
The company faced colour mismatches in branding materials, inconsistent vinyl quality, and delays in printing brochures. These problems often escalated into crises during showroom launches, as branding elements were not ready in time.
SUMMARY
AIM became their single vendor partner, offering integrated branding solutions.
The team built a detailed brand knowledge base for each automobile brand, mastering exact colour palettes, media, and paper specifications. A design backup system was also created to allow faster approvals and reuse of designs. This ensured consistent quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery across all showrooms.OUR WORK
